At West Tamar Wax we love to hear your feedback and try to answer all enquiries in at timely manner. Occasionally we can get a back log of orders so response time to enquiries can be slightly delayed.
Candle care is essential to a great burn and getting the most out of your candle. If you have any questions or are unsure about the candle care details we have provided, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Privacy Policy
Personal information (Name, address, email etc.) is stored and protected in our systems for the duration of sale and to contact you in regards to your order updates and delivery notifications. We do not share any of your personal or financial information to any 3rd parties or sites and only keep permanent record of sales for tax and business purposes.
Contact details for enquires are only used for those purposes and are not kept after we have responded.
All financial transactions are made through secure payment sites, which have their own privacy policies and T&Cs. We do not have access to your financial information.
Our website is protected by antivirus software and is encrypted to keep your information safe and secure.
Refund & Returns Policy
All care is given when packaging and shipping our products.
If your product/s arrive damaged or appear faulty please contact us via email within 30 days of purchase, along with a photo of the damaged/faulty product, proof of purchase (order number or details) and your contact details.
In some cases the product maybe required to be returned for further investigation at customers own cost.
Your claim will be assessed and if fault is found to be from shipping/transit or due to a faulty product and not from improper use, mishandling or tampering of the customer, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
Refunds will be placed via the original method of payment & replacements sent to the original shipping address.
If the customer is found to be at fault of breakage of the product due to misuse or mishandling or has been found to have tampered or altered the product, a refund will not be issued.
No refunds or exchanges are given for change of mind returns.
As our candles are hand poured individually, no two candles may look alike as a result and are original.
Frosting can occur in soy wax products, but the quality and performance of the product is not affected in any way.
West Tamar Wax is not liable for oil burner or wax warmer accidents.

Shipping
We use Amarex and Australia Post for shipping.
Shipping cost is a flat rate of $12.95 and we offer free shipping for orders over $120. Shipping cost includes your postage and product packaging.
Shipping times can vary depending on your location but generally take up to 7 working days.
Due to Covid-19, shipping times maybe delayed and take 2-3 weeks.
